Would recommend this company without any hesitation. They know what they are doing - and do it well. They were able to FIX my 80 year old steam heat boiler. The other companies wanted to rip it out, and sell me a new one.
When we moved to Shaker Heights, we were told that Gerry Gill and his team were the "boiler whisperers!" We have been using him (and his colleagues) for nearly 8 years and have found that to be true and then some. Their scheduling system is professional, with the latest technology to make and manage appointments and monitor service records, and their work (from annual boiler maintenance to new radiators as part of a remodel to legacy equipment leak repairs) has been attentive, responsive, and first-rate. If you have a boiler as your home heating source, based on our experience we highly recommend G W Gill.
I have two systems. The system installed in the house in 1920 is steam heat with a return line. The system in the room I just added is radiant hot water in a cement slab. Gerry Gill has worked on tuning up my old steam heat boiler system. He had heat sensitive valves at the radiators repaired then he installed them. This really great improved the heat delivery and exchange in the room and prevented steam from leaving the radiator and returning to the boiler. Now he maintains my heating system.
