Thank you Tina and Bartlett crew for doing such a great job. We had 20 arborvitae trees planted by a landscaper. Less than a year of the trees being planted a few started to turn brown. So we called Bartlett tree company for help. Tina and Chad came out to the house, assessed the trees and knew right away they were planted improperly. Their recommendations were to replant the trees and to have the branches thinned out on our maple tree and that’s exactly what we had done. The day the team came to the house, they truly worked together as a team. Tina has been so wonderful throughout this whole experience. Professional, prompt with emails and calls, and she just really cared about overall health of the trees.
