Took months before they filed my taxes for 2022 after they received all documents from me. I was charged penalty fees, lied to about my taxes and child tax credit. I ended up owing more than we should have and paid them over $900 to file our taxes. It took months before they replied to my emails on the status of my return. They finally got to my taxes after 3-4 months maybe even longer and rushed me to sign everything. Poor customer service. I would never recommend them or use them again. I will be amending my taxes. Do not use this company for your taxes. They are not worth it.

Very little to no communication from them. It is taking them over 6 months to do my taxes. Every time I try to check on the status I am told they only have a few more things to do, it should only be 1-2 more weeks. They started to tell me that back in March!

Was thrilled to see David was familiar with the bookkeeping app Rigbooks we use as O/O's . Tried for a week and a half to get information on fees and how to set up appt to get our taxes done..made appt to have him call us (he never did) Was given excuse and was told he would call the next day(never did).. Called back a 4th time talked to a different lady she said she could email me requested info (never did) and also call me back (never did) So he lost out on a new customer. We are going elsewhere...
