Wasted my Mom's time by ghosting her. We had plans that were contingent on the work getting done. Very unprofessional. Do better.

Set up "weekly" lawn care 1 month ago. Have been out once. Called said they would be out Monday for sure. Its Monday at 6pm yard still uncut. Unreliable!
