Honest, professional, took the right amount of time. I had a nasty backup and the 2 guys who came out were wonderful. Prior to that Ted came out on a separate call and was incredibly nice teaching us about our new well and showing us where plumbing lines come from and where they terminate. He was the previous owners plumber and had replaced the well pump for them. Both of our experiences with them were very positive.

We used Ted multiple times over the years when I lived in Ohio. Only now that I live in Florida do I really understand how important a great plumber can be. This goes for other people in the trades. Hard to find in my area of Florida. Back to Ted and his company, they are very reliable.
