I would highly recommend DeLauro Remodeling. I had significant water damage to my home from a burst pipe in the hot water heating system in an upstairs bedroom. The damage ruined most of the first floor living areas including the kitchen. DeLauro Remodeling was the primary Rebuild contractor and did an excellent job of completing major repairs to restore my home to liveable, better than new condition. Dan and his team professionally handled repairs including drywall ceiling replacement and finishing/painting, electrical, plumbing, kitchen cabinet installation, wood trim and crown moulding installation/painting, subfloor replacement and vinyl plank flooring installation, and a variety of other finishing work. They were very nice to work with and showed considerable flexibity and patience in working with my Homeowner Insurance Company. Would readily use them again as needed, I almost want to cry, because the company just didn't just treat me like any customer, more like family, even though they weren't, and was very emotional of happiness, because I thought I never get my house back in order the way it was before, and Dan definitely made it possible, it even looks better than before, I love their work!. ? ?❤️

I contracted with Exscape to put in an inground pool in our new home. I've wanted a pool my entire life and they are the best! They're very knowledgeable and responsive. All I have to say is wow and awesome!! Sr and Jr are great team and really know what they are doing. Their quality is top notch and there were some hiccups in the way but didn’t phase them at all. They got everything covered and kept me informed. They had a plan and stuck to it. Handle everything in a professional matter. I can’t be happier with a new concrete floor in my garage and part of my driveway. Most important part is that I have working drains again!!! Highly recommend this company. I noticed wood rot on the header of our detached garage and had Jeff come out for an assessment. He'd put new aluminum cladding around our house garage door and done an excellent job, so I knew he was best to take care of this new project. What none of us could tell until the old cladding was removed was the extent of the rot. Job took longer than Jeff first imagined, but he and Jamie did an excellent job replacing the rotten trim and header. Once all the wood, siding, and trim was replaced, they also fixed the cladding around the walk-in garage doors for both the detached and attached garages. If you are looking for seasoned pros, look no further.

Brian came out to look at my parents pond which fell behind last year and due to life circumstances we were not able to get a net over it in time or clean out any algae and muck before winter. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. The quote was very reasonable to get the pond cleaned out and back up and running. At first a crew was not going to be able to get to the pond until June sometime but on a cold and rainy Saturday in May, they had a crew willing to come out. They did an absolutely fantastic job. I couldn't believe the transition from early morning and the afternoon to when they were filling the pond. The pond is 25 years old and they were able to maintain the existing feel the pond has without it looking like it was brand new when they were done. Truly artisans of their craft. The crew doing the work was extremely courteous, professional, and informative. There were no unanswered questions and also we learned some new things to take care of the pond moving forward. Their work ethic and integrity was apparent in their work and when talking with us. Thank you so much Pattie Group! We highly recommend you to anyone for their landscaping and hardscaping needs.
