Joe came out this morning and was great to work with and very professional. Water jetted our main drain and was very thorough to make sure everything was taken care of and video scoped the drain. Highly recommend to anyone needing service
The main drain pipe for our house was getting clogged. Unfortunately we made a call to Mr.Rooter first. They couldn’t unclog it, tried to up-charge us on services we didn’t sign off on, and wanted us to do massive repairs all which would have cost us at least $9000.
We called out Roto Rooter the next day and Tom Kane got it unclogged for us no problem! This is the 3rd time Roto Rooter (and the 2nd time Tom Kane) has gotten our drain pipe unclogged. Definitely know who we are sticking with in the future and will consider for when we do finally need more extensive/massive repairs since they do good honest work!!
It is always a pleasure to use Roto Rooter plumbing services. I first used them on my personal renovation and since on client projects. The office is very professional and Ben is an experienced, conscientious plumber.
