Mr. O is one of the best martial art instructors I have ever had the pleasure of training with, and I have trained with a lot. His schools help kids, and adults, develop the mental and emotional control they need to be successful at life.

My children have been in classes for 3 years. After a year of watching them from the sidelines, I decided I wanted to have fun too. I started adult classes 2 years ago. This is a great institution that truly puts the best interests of its students first. I think anyone who is interested in training, no matter what age (I’m 40), would benefit from and really enjoy the experience. I know I have.

Love Love Love these programs, John, Kim and everyone else involved over the years. This is exactly what our community needs. I only wish that every kiddo could spend some time learning from here. Such a blessing to the students and parents.
