ProPrecise came to my rescue at the very end of a property purchase. The underwriters requested a last minute inspection and if I didn’t find a company that could do the inspection and write the report and get it back to the underwriter within 48 hours it was going to delay the closing. Not only did ProPrecise fit me in last minute, their inspector came after a long day of inspections on her way home. At 7pm! Not only did she come that late to fit me in, she was very nice, professional, knowledgeable and patient when explaining things to me. She took the time to point things out and explain them to me and was extremely experienced and educated on the inspection and home structure. The owner wrote up the inspection report results that night and had it to me by 10pm. She sent it to the mortgage company and ensured closure went on as planned. I can not thank the team at ProPrecise enough for their help and professionalism that I was able to count on in a very stressful time.
