A heartfelt thank you to Creekside Animal Clinic. I can not express enough gratitude to the incredible team at Creekside animal clinic for the exceptional care they provided to our beloved pet Baine during such a difficult time. Our journey with Baine took an unexpected turn when we discovered, he had cancer and that it had spread throughout his body all in a single day. From the moment we walked in the door we were met with kindness, empathy, and a genuine concern for both Baine and our family. I would 100% recommend this vet office. We had some back luck with our pup and spent a long time calling around for openings. Creekside was able to take us in very quick which we were thankful for. The staff at the front desk, the techs, and Dr. Perry we're all so nice and informative, you can definitely tell they really care for their clients and pets. Dr. Perry was very straightforward and gave her honest judgement on what she felt was necessary. We never felt pressured as if they were trying to push for things to charge more or do anything extra that wasn't needed. The veterinarian staff have all been thorough, involved, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The rest of the staff (techs, front desk, etc) have been top notch as well. The clinic has looked clean and organized every time we've visited for the past year and a half. Not outrageously priced for the excellent work we've experienced. Nothing but positive experiences, especially when you have a chronically ill pet that needs all kinds of continual care. Refreshingly compassionate staff.
