PHENOMENAL business! 2 months ago I had a mouse in my stove that after 2 weeks of trying on my own, I gave up. I called Johnny at The Pest Detective and he came out the next day. He didn’t just set a bait by the stove and leave, he took the time to thoroughly evaluate my whole house (including the attic) He was able to locate other points that could be accessed by invaders and advised how to seal them up. I was concerned about baits with my 2 dogs, but he was very methodical in where he placed them so that my pups stayed safe. Within 3 days the mouse was gone and I’ve not had a problem since! HIGHLY recommend using them!

John took care of our mouse problem. He was informative about the pest and explained the issue and process very well. He is knowledgeable, prompt, and professional! Answered all our questions and concerns adequately. As he predicted the evidence of mice was gone in the 4-5 day time frame. We will be calling him come warm weather for our yearly vespid problem. We made a last minute Friday afternoon call and Jonn picked up. He went the extra mile to come out on a Friday at 6pm for an inspection. He was promt, very polite, knowledgeable, and throughout.
