I was a patient of Dr. Gonzales for years. She handled all my eye emergencies and eye glass needs. Last week, I lost vision in my left eye due to an eye infection. I have been calling since last Thursday and was told by the girl who answers the phone, "we don't have the capacity to handle my issue because they only have one Dr." I've been going to Buckeye Care for almost 20 years. I guess I will have to go somewhere else. I hope Dr. Gonzales reads all these negative reviews. It's sad to see a business that is doing so well take a hit like this because of the front-end staff.

They take appointments, but may cancel it without letting you know. We showed up for the appointment 15min early, only to find out that the appointment was automatically canceled. You are supposed to "confirm", but we had just made the appointment a few weeks ago. They just lost a long term customer.

i was verey mad i had a 6 month appointment did not receive any notifications that you did not take my carcoures I have seen DR. Gonzolaz for 7 or 8 years now have to find another DR.
