What you pay vs what you get is extremely disproportionate. Water will get everywhere. There is no safe spot in this cube of death! Plus, getting there at night? Well it absolutely looks like you are going to be murdered. No lights on the street, no sign to tell where it is, no lights in the parking lot, no safety at all.
