About Two Angels Pet Wash
Two Angels Pet Wash offers a much-needed option for pet owners, especially those with larger or arthritic dogs. The facility is appreciated for its extended hours, which can be convenient in emergencies. However, some customers have noted several issues, including low water pressure, insufficient soap and conditioner from the sprayer, and a lack of space to place personal items. There are no towels or aprons available, and securing dogs in the tub can be challenging due to the absence of latching options. While the drying machine works well, customers have expressed a need for improvements, such as a ramp for easier access and better equipment for cleaning up loose hair. Overall, the cleanliness and operational machinery are positives, but enhancements are needed to improve the experience.
I don’t need a lavish set up to wash my pooch! This is a no frills pet wash and I come to this place often with my Doberman who is very suspicious of EVERYONE and EVERYTHING! It’s not very busy in the area, so nothing to “freak” her out. We get in and out quickly and stress free. I bring my own puppy pack with me that has soap, towels, nail clippers, etc in there. The only things I wish this place would think about providing is a rubber apron to keep me dry, and a small chain that would connect to the back of the tub so I can keep my dog from jumping off the table while I’m trying to wash her. Other than that that, this place has everything needed to get the...read full review
I’d say this was actually about 2.5 stars. Water pressure was low and I’m glad we brought our own soap and conditioner because hardly any was coming out of the sprayer. I couldn’t get a lather at all. There is nowhere to set your stuff down so everything sits on the floor and there is no way to latch your dog to the tub to free up a hand. The vacuum was basically off a shop vac and didn’t have “teeth” to help pull up loose hair. The dryer worked well. Also, a ramp, instead of a step, to get a larger dog into the tub would be helpful. No plastic aprons were available.
Compared to the other dog wash I have reviewed, this is not a great dog wash. I mean, it has all you need to wash the dog, even the option of washing it on the floor which may be good for bigger dogs. But beyond that, there's no place to sit down, which is not great for people with disabilities. I couldn't find anything to tie my pup up with either, so keeping her in the low-walled tub was a challenge. There are no towels whatsoever, there's no apron to put on to protect the human's clothes. It was clean, the machinery operated well, except for a long time to get the water warmed up. My dog was not happy about that. But, I was there because it was open til 10:00pm and...read full review
