This was my first visit to this facility and first visit with Dr. Lindstrom for my adult royal python. Facility itself was beautiful--it had a large waiting room so anyone waiting with their pets really didn't have to be so close and a separate "kitty korner" for the cats. I appreciate their efforts to decrease the stress of the pets while waiting. We aren't from the area, so we can only speak about our one experience with this clinic. On a road trip from Chicago to Philadelphia, or poor baby Sam (he was 14, but he's always a baby to us), went into cardiac failure, and we had to take him here to be put down. Everyone was so kind and warm, they made this horrible experience so much more bearable with their kindness. Less than 2 weeks later, we received a card in the mail from the office, with nurses and doctor offering their condolences. It may seem like a small thing, but I so appreciate the gesture. Thank you for taking care of our Sam, and letting us be with him at the end.

I will say they are a bit pricey, however, when we elected to put our dog down following multiple illnesses, the private rooms were a comforting way to spend the last few moments with our beloved pet. The doctor was very informative and they were very compassionate... even sent a card a couple weeks following the euthanasia.
