Plowz & Mowz - Snow Plowing and Lawn Care Service

The snow plow driver came to my home and backed into my mailbox to the point it snapped the 4x4" post (aluminum covered pressured treated wood) right at the concrete it was placed. This was a new, expensive mailbox installed just the year before, so the post was fresh wood. The aluminum (very thick) post covering the wood was also damaged. The driver said the driveway had already been serviced to get out of taking responsibility for paying to fix the mailbox. This company is not one to trust with your snow plowing as they will not take responsibility for the mailbox repair. Well I paid extra for same day service plus it was the day after the biggest snow of the season and we were stuck! I had to call off work so I needed the plow ASAP. They were a little later than they said and it wasn’t very pretty but I didn’t have marker poles to mark driveway edges they warned me about possibly yard damage ahead of time though so they were honest and it was minimal. Bottom line it was a miracle I got a plow on that short notice on that day! I will definitely try them for some other services!

I called at 3 they said they would be here by 7:30 there is no phone number to call they never showed up but they were quick to take my money
