he old lady with white shoulder length hair is insanely rude during every interaction I’ve had with her. She is so condescending in her tone and has a huge attitude every time I bring clothes in. I’ve given this store multiple chances and it’s happened every time, I dread coming in and seeing her. I will be taking my business elsewhere now- even though I’m a regular weekly customer and this location is convenient- it’s not worth the awful and hostile customer service I receive from this lady every time I come in.

Very rude customer service- their hours online say they are open until 6:00pm. I called at 2:50pm and the person who answered was very rude and rushed me off of the phone saying she was closing…. Okay so why answer the phone if you were not prepared to answer client questions? Very rude- will not be using this company and will advise against it to all I know.

I had a sweater that I paid a lot of money for - that had seen better days. I stopped by this dry cleaners and the employee was so nice and friendly. The price was great and my sweater looks brand new! I was sweetly given a discount because I am newer to the neighborhood so thanks for that! But again $5.27 to clean an 80 dollar sweater! Wow I am impressed! I will be bringing all my dry cleaning needs here!
