I saw a house that is a new build in Medina, and sent a text message to see if we would be able to see it. As we got no response, the following day I called the same number and left a message asking to see the house. If by any chance they have a strong offer - at least have the professionalism to respond back to me.

I would like to apologize, as I had no idea that the number provided on the listing of a house in Medina was not a direct number. That is where the miscommunication occurred in the first place. We are extremely happy with our Greco home. Dan and Mike made the process enjoyable and fairly easy. Communication with them throughout the process was timely and detailed. The design and craftsmanship of our home was very well thought out and complete. We are thrilled with all of the selections and assistance they gave us during the build. Do not hesitate to use this builder if you are considering constructing a home.

From start to finish, a Greco home has been everything we had hoped for when deciding to build again. Dan and Mike were with us every step of the way. They assisted in the selection and purchase of the lot, listened to our design preferences and presented us with prints which answered all our needs. The quality of work was exceptional, and our overall rating on the entire process is A1. Even the city inspector relayed to us "your Greco built home was one of the best".
