Absolutely the best gym I have ever joined. Everyone has been so welcoming and supportive! The coaches are totally amazing. They help modify workouts to my skill level and make sure I do them safely . They encourage you to push yourself and step outside of your comfort zone. The other members are like family. I am amazed how good I feel physically and mentally. The owner Kate is one of a kind. She cares about each and every one of her clients, on a personal level.
I absolutely love this Coca Athletics! The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive, the workouts are always challenging (but can be modified for any level), and the community is amazing. I've never felt stronger or healthier. Highly recommend!
Coach Kate made my first PT experience a lot less scary than I anticipated. Ok, not scary at all! She has a full wellness approach. She doesn’t just focus on fitness, but equally on nutrition and mental wellness. This isn’t the place to slack off. You’re motivated and met physically were capable, with a slight push. What other place lets you bring your kids, TO YOUR session?! Your feelings, both physically and emotionally, are validated here. I’d recommend Coach Kate or any of her highly motivating (and fun!) coaches at Coca. She’s figured it out, and we get to benefit from that.
