“My system continually was having backup issues. With a spider web’s of piping consisting of mine and my neighbors systems tied together and old abandoned systems, Mack was able to find the exact pipes that were mine, assisted with technology that only the pros have. Following diagnosing the issue, they came up with a great plan of tying into my old cast iron piping system and replacing bad pipe with new PVC and giving me two new clean outs to make snaking any potential issues in the future much easier. (Previously I had to snake through many 90 degree bends from inside the house to get to the problematic area due to bad plumbing design). They executed their plan for me at a good price without having to dig up my entire line. They also got it done quickly for me since the system was unable to be used. I was very thankful to get it done and have a problematic sewage draining system behind me. I’m writing this a little over 2 months past the work being done and so far I have had 0 issues. “This company did a full furnace and AC replacement in my home 12 years ago. It was flawless. They do routine maintenance yearly. We just had exceptional service again in May by them. Their technician, Mikhail, did the service for us multiple times. Then, 3 months later the AC crapped out. We knew it was a odd situation as the AC was just maintained. I called and in less than 24 hours they arrived, it was Mikhail. As usual he was exceptional and excellent. He explained things to me, taught me things, diagnosed quickly, replaced the original capacitor that caused the failure, did extra cleaning inside and outside the AC units -even though he did that in May this year, removed the fan housing and taught me about parts, how things work, and what to clean and watch out for, used 4 gauges to test temperature and other metrics, added 2 lbs of refrigerant, did a leak test at my request to get ahead of a future issue and found no leaks. It was perfect service, prefect customer interaction, very patient and excellent to take the time to teach me things. And out AC is running better than ever, thankfully, as last night was very warm and humid and we have two asthmatics in our home!“
