Anyone looking to do Walmart grocery delivery. Don't do it!!! I've been doing it for a couple months and every single time I place an order there's an issue. Missing items, items not available, items rotted. Today, I was told they were out of zucchini, squash, onions and ground lamb. I was charged for parchment paper that I did not receive and the raspberries that were delivered were covered in mold! I'm paying a monthly fee and I'm tipping a driver just to have my order messed up every time! Last week I was literally chatting with my shopper about a replacement item. I needed to exchange some cash for a roll of quarters so I could do laundry and they snapped at me, were very rude and said they don't exchange cash. When I asked where I could, they snapped again at me and said they don't know. Being it is a Sunday, no banks are open. Terrible customer service and no help at all.

This is from a visit on 4/23 to customer care. Came here to return a birdfeeder that Walmart online gave me a barcode for. Woman at the return desk manager said that we weren't allowed to return it. Had the barcode in hand. Meanwhile, customer agents behind the work desk were complaining loudly and talking about how they were ready to fight customers at grocery pick up with a "brawl" Someone was giving her a funny look. Went online to then return the item because you apparently are not able to return items that arrived damaged. Walmart online refunded me immediately. What is wrong with the management at this location? Is this really how you want to run... read full review
