“I use to tan here years ago, so after reading several reviews and finding a Groupon I purchased a 1 month package. The second level bed has a face tanner that can be turned off if you like. The place is clean and the beds were as well. I removed 1 star because the place can really use a face lift. The walls need paint and some holes need to be patched. But overall, this place is good.“

“Every now and then I get a little bit tired”of the mundane corporate tanning salons. Every employee is “bright-eyed” and wears their tan well, which is an automatic selling point. I don’t get the opportunity to tan on a regular basis anymore, but I really appreciate the specials they run to celebrate random holidays, so there is basically a reason to celebrate every day! Their lotion selection is way better than other salons in the area, and if you are in a pinch for a gift, there is local art on display to purchase on the fly!“

I came in for the first time today and I can confidently say I received the best customer service I have ever gotten at a tanning salon.Normally, 2-3 people are running a salon at a time, but Angelica was running the show all on her own. “I’m from out of town and came to visit based on reviews and distance . I was very pleased with my hair results , color on point . I actually forgot I was at a hair salon because after a few minutes , you start to feel like you’re a guest in someone’s home . The ladies make you feel so comfortable and welcome. My hairdresser was Sophia ( as I recall ) she’s is pregnant I found out later , because in hindsight- she was moving about and doing my tedious hair in her 3 rd trimester - plus talking to me like we were old friends - what a trooper ! “Great staff, super clean place! I’m just curious, if you changed the versa spray formula/solution? The last few times I’ve gotten a versa spray tan, you can’t even tell I got a spray tan and it’s frustrating. I always get level 3 with the bronzing solution added so I look tan immediately. These past 4 times I’ve gotten this done and at a few different locations, it doesn’t even feel like I got sprayed with hardly to any solution and I don’t come out tan immediately like I have in the past. I’ve tried the other spray tan and I don’t like how that turns out on me. So if the formula has changed I would like to know. I’m going to try it one more time and if I’m disappointed in the results like I have been the last few times, then I’ll just have to look elsewhere for my spray tans.“

“Tan City North Ridgeville is always my go-to for spray tans before an event or for just buying a month here and there to get some color. The staff is always so nice and educated on their packages/pricing. However, while I appreciate the vibe staying the same since I was in high school 10+ years ago, it definitely needs a face lift at some point!“
