The evening of December 1 (Thursday) our 1989 model furnace died. We called LK because we'd used them on a couple service calls in recent years and because I'm familiar with the good work they do for the N.O. City Schools. My wife Helen explained that she has COPD and cannot tolerate cold temperatures. She asked if they could help us out ASAP. And they sure did! They went above and beyond. The crew started Friday and finished the new furnace installation Saturday morning. Thanks to Bill, Bob, Jim, Travis, Conner, and the office staff. They were there for us when we needed them. Professional, knowledgeable, informative, hardworking, and, they laughed at my wife's jokes.
