I went there on 12/26/23. The massage was good - I did not give any special instructions. The main focus was on my back, neck and shoulders for an hour. They are NOT afraid to put a lot of pressure on tight spots. At points, the pressure was borderline too much, but with the degree of knots and adhesions that I had - I think it was necessary and I focused on breathing through it. In the end - I felt much better with better range of motion, etc. The next day, I was significantly sore - but that also was a relief. It was like the pain and tightness of a messed up back traded for the good kind of soreness that comes after a good workout.

Over the past decade, I have enjoyed many massages at Green Spa. Up until a few years ago the service and prices were outstanding. That being said, I believe they changed ownership within the last couple of years. The prices have increased in the past two years, which is expected. I will say, that since the change in ownership, the employees will outright ask for a larger tip for anything under twenty percent. The massages have always been and continue to be thorough.
