I called over a week ago to get in asap for tooth pain by a filling I had. I explained to them that my pain came and goes. So they set up an appointment for end of May. It didn't sit well as my migraines and tooth pain were getting more frequent so I was referred to another doctor and got in 4/29. I am glad I did because I had a bad infection that turned into me getting a root canal. If I had waited I could only imagine how bad this could have gotten. I understand i was a new patient but even with the one I got into I was new but when they heard what was going in they got me in. Please listen to people when they say are in pain and want to see what is going on.

I used to love this practice. Dr H was fun and provided great dental care. But somewhere along the line he changed, talking bad about other people on the office - his former partner there and the former front office staff - and just being generally crabby. I could excuse all that but the reason I'm changing my review is the practice itself has really changed in how they deal with patients - for the worse I had a payment plan set up by them and was paying on that plan monthly for over a year. One day, totally out of blue, they called me and said the payment plan was done. They said I had to give them $1600 immediately. I said I was paying it monthly and would continue to till done. They said that wouldn't work and wanted to discontinue all payment plans. I said that I didn't have $1600 and said I would just stop being a patient there and finish paying the bill over the next few months. They said no to that too. I told them I could either pay over the next few months till the bill was paid in full, or just give them nothing. I was happy to pay. They said no. They wanted it all that week. So, I didn't pay and included them in the bankruptcy I had to file - something I was happy to avoid doing because I liked them. They literally forced me to give them nothing over the payment in full on the payment plan they had set me up on a year before - and one which I always paid. It boggled my mind and confirmed my bad feelings on how the vibe in the place had gotten very negative as of late.

Dr Haritonovich is the absolute best. I never want to go anywhere else for my dental needs. Everyone in the office is very friendly and professional and they create a Relaxed atmosphere.
