I had a great experience with Royalty start to finish. Tyler gave a great presentation with detailed information on the different materials used and steps in the process. He was very responsive and easy to work with through some of the challenges in my situation. I went with the 50 year transferrable warranty option, my opinion that it's the best value. The full roof replacement was done quick and clean and looks perfect!

Best place to get your children’s haircut in North Olmsted!!! I took my children to another location before this and I almost walked out crying. My boys’ hair was butchered. The owner of Deluxe Barber shop thankfully answered her phone and told me to come in. She helped my boys look handsome and we are so much happier. I cannot wait to come back and get my children right ❤️ we officially found our favorite barber and no longer have to test the waters. Don’t test the water and book an appt with her! Mimi is amazing!!! This was my first time getting a pedicure. She was flexible with scheduling a time for me to come in.
I requested her top tier pedicure service plan. Her attention to detail was second to none. My toenails never looked so good!!! She worked in lotion on my toes, feet, shins, and calves. The experience left my feet and lower legs reinvigorating. While sitting in the chair, it gave me a back massage, BONUS!!!

I went yesterday it was 6:30 they close at 7 I didn't think she will take me but she did she was super nice and she did exactly what I want . I was surprised she said 32 dollars because normally I pay 40 or 50 dollars for a gel on my nails. I will definitely go back ☺️

One of the most friendly nail salon I have been to. It's always nice when you walk in and the owner knows you by name. The staff is always very friendly and does a great job at making you feel welcome. They take their time to get to know their customers and I always get so surprised when they remember details about me for example being a boy mom and how my kids play sports. I always go in for pedicures and have never left disappointed. Whether it's appointment or walk in they always find a way to accommodate me. Whereas I don't do manicures for my own personal reasons. I have seen them do a beautiful job on so many people and see repeat customers coming back consistently. The vibe is calm and relaxing with plenty of space for lots of clients but intimate enough to avoid any chaos. Especially in the warmer months where it can get busy for pedicures.
So I asked if there was a wait and they said no and immediately put me in a chair with my feet soaking. I was there for like 30 minutes until finally someone came over and got started on my pedicure. The chair and massaging was kinda uncomfortable but that’s probably because I was sitting there for so long. The person was friendly and made small talk. The service didn’t take long and my nails turned out great.
Cleanliness: Was tidy and clean.
Stylist: It was a man, forgot his name, but he was nice and professional.
I thought I found a good place for pedicures as I have come before, but I guess that depends on who you get. I had a young gentleman today, and I couldn’t wait for the service to be over! I don’t usually complain, but he literally didn’t use cuticle lotion on toes, snipped cuticles in less than 10 secs no joke, no real cleaning, no soap used when scrubbing feet, no rinse of legs between scrub and lotion, no real message, and everything rushed snd felt dry (and this was the upgraded pedi). I still tipped over 20% bc that’s just me, it was still a service I received, but I will be on the hunt for a new place yet again.

Taylor made me love my hair again after some hormonal changes had left me with wonky coif! She educated me on every aspect of caring for my curls. She also took the time to educate me on the products she was using on my hair, as well as other products that may be a good fit for me. She did all of this without ever being “sales-y” or pushy in any way! She was very personable, genuine, caring and knowledgeable. I’m SO impressed with Taylor’s work!!! I love my new stylist!!! ?❤️
I took my daughter on 5/1 to get her eyebrows done because her Prom was that coming Friday. The lady that did her eyebrows has done both of our eyebrows in the past and did a fairly decent job. But this day she didn't when we first arrived she was on the phone and while she was doing my daughter's eyebrows she continued 2 stay on the phone which is extremely rude and unprofessional altogether. After we got done I can tell by the look on my daughter's face she didn't like the way one of her eyebrows looked so I preceeded back in there and kindly asked her can she fix this one eyebrow for us. She fixed it but 2 me it seems like she really didn't want too. So with that conclusion we will never go back there again until they get some new faces in there. A few years back it used 2 be black ladies in there what happened?? They need 2 bring those women back. Because this lady doesn't do a good job.

This was the best experiance I have ever had. The whole time I was treated like a princess and was shown constant care. The steam room and scrub felt amazing and the body oil massage made me feel so soft and like a whole new person.

Had a great experience with Dan getting my design fully finished up and tattooed. It went very well and he was the perfect amount of talkative to help distract me during the line work without causing any decrease to his speed or quality. I would however HIGHLY suggest NOT working with Tim Wood. He can be incredibly pushy about doing things to suit his style to the point where he will genuinely insult you and your design if it's not a "TRUE Asian design". Definitely a high quality tattoo from Dan though
I am almost 40 and wanted a tattoo my whole life but was too scared, I could not have asked for a better first experience! The shop was so clean and friendly, everyone that was there came over to look at what I was getting. Leah was amazing, she was so patient as we worked through putting together the stencil for my dog paw. We paw printed him the night before to try to get correct size, she printed out at least 15 different sizes for us to match the scale, then I wanted a Semicolon incorporated in the design and she was again so willing to change the font and angle until I was completely satisfied. She was also able to work in the texture of his pads with shading. She gave her opinion on direction the design should go and the centering of it but still let me decide how to proceed. She did amazing, already getting excited about getting a second one!
Dan was able to come out and unclog a kitchen sink in a very timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and offered advice to avoid the problem in the future. Highly recommend!

We would especially like to thank Patty and Dan for all their fine work. Patty was very patient with us and was able to transform our kitchen vision into just what we wanted. Her input and opinions were invaluable to us in the design aspect and made the whole process a pleasant endeavor. Her design skills were really put to the test with a century home, and we couldn’t be happier with her work. Dan kept us up to date on all the steps that were being taken and the schedule for each step. He was continually checking on the progress, and quality, of the work being done. He took the time to make sure we understood what would be happening and why. Their expertise and caring manner gave us great confidence in the results, and we were very grateful. The workers were all very professional and timely and the work done shows they care about their craft. They even put up with the occasional visit from our dog. We are very happy with the entire experience and all the people involved including James Orr, President of Dover Home Remodelers, who kept in contact with us to make sure we were happy. I will highly recommend this fine company.

Tony performed my massage last week in North Olmsted and he did an amazing job! Visiting from out of town, the hotel bed and pillow caused great discomfort to my neck and back. He was so kind and gentle and the deep tissue massage did wonders to relieve my discomfort. I cannot say enough how professional and skilled he is in the art of massage. I will definitely book another massage when I am on the West side. The vibe in the salon is neat- tropical!
Was able to schedule a last minute massage with Westwind today. Love this clinic. So clean, serene & the staff was so welcoming & accommodating. I was so in need of complete relief from my stress and how my body was holding onto it and I didn’t even realize it until I was reminded to let it go!
