First class in all areas. Professional staff from those that answer the phones to those that make the installations and service calls. Quality workmanship...these folks know their craft and you can trust what they say and what they do. We just had our semi-annual service call and every time they leave we know we are getting the best. It's such a nice and refreshing experience to get such honest, genuine and expert work. We've been a customer for nine years and highly recommend W&W.

Absolutely! Josh and Tom were an absolute pleasure to work with! Extremely knowledgeable and patient. I was a little concerned about replacing our current GEO unit and Josh was very reassuring and made sure we received the best customer service. They went above and beyond! I can’t thank you enough for that extra effort and excellent customer service. That goes a long way in my book than just the average minimum/basic customer service. Thank you so much!

They are one of the few places that install and service geothermal heating and cooling units. I have lived in my house for over 25 years and recently had to have my unit replaced. They put in the initial one, which lasted beyond what it was supposed to last, according to the manufacturer . They recently installed a second one, and have always given me prompt service whenever needed.
