“***UPDATE*****After my first experience being so poor, I reached out to the salon owner and she offered to fix it for me. I'm honestly so happy with the result. I don't know what happened the first time, but she definitely made it right and I'm very happy with my cut now.I asked for a very basic shoulder length haircut and got a chin length choppy bob with long pieces and uneven bits. I was so upset when I realized how much had already been cut off I just desperately wanted to leave. I let her finish the cut and paid then left and proceeded to cry on my way home. It's been 5+ years since my last professional cut and this experience has made me never want to do it again. I'm getting ready to go on vacation in 4 days and I would've been better off not getting my hair done at all.“
