“My husband and I were on vacation driving through this area, our dogs seemed to have rolled into something and stunk and my little weenie needed a haircut so we decided to drop in Shampooch Shop Dog and Cat Grooming. Not only was she able to get us in right away, but she did exacly what i asked. Holy WOW! I wish I lived closer. Not only after 3 weeks of being there do my dogs smell so good still, Alyssa was able to get the correct cut on my Ginger. Thank you Alyssa. We will be back next time we come through“

“Dr. Shannon and her staff provided excellent care to my dogs and puppies over the past 3 years. I am unfortunately relocating out of state but I wanted to share my experiences/thoughts. The staff is amazing and always welcoming, understanding, helpful and remain pleasant even on very busy and hectic days. They have the option to communicate via text and provide almost immediate response and assistance. One of my dogs developed a heart issue and Dr. Shannon took the time to work directly with his cardiologist in Virginia and facilitate any bloodwork needs locally. He did succumb from his illness and Dr. Shannon and the staff provided me with amazing support and compassion. Onsite X-ray and blood draws available and very accommodating to emergency visits even during COVID-19.“

“I had a phenomenal experience getting my little guy groomed here!1. He is TERRIBLE at the groomers and does not like going at all. I mean- he bad. I cant even start to trim him at home without him crying and fussing. The groomer said he was totally fine other than the typical getting nails clipped. She seems to be magical with the doggos.2. The drop-off & pick-up alone is wonderful. I dropped him off at 7:45 before I went to work. They close the lobby 12-3. I couldnt pick him up at 11:30, but they had no issue with keeping him there until I could get him at 5. They didn't charge extra for that!Definitely recommend!“

“This place and staff are literally THE best!!!! My dog Lola doesn't like other dogs and has anxiety and when I bring her in they always make sure she is comfortable and turn dryers off for her so it's not overwhelmingly loud. She is a strong dog and they do so well with her! We visit once a month for a pawdicure and I'm so happy I found this place!“
