“We has another company (not to be named) check our house for mold. There were no visible mold or anything just wanted it done due to some concerns when we bought the house. They tested it and basically told us it was unsafe to live in and we had to get over 15k of work done (price only included the "mold" removal).

We called Cleanup Services for a second opinion and what a difference. Their results showed our house was mold free except for maybe a little bit of a non black mold strain in our basement.

They are honest and very helpful through the process. They helped us understand the results and why it is hard to achieve the results from the previous company without other factors coming into play.

Not too many companies out there, especially in a field that most people don't know much about and can easily be scared and taken advantage of, that will look out for the costumer before the bottom dollar.
