Dustin arrived on time. He was pleasant and friendly. I thought he was just going to replace the "duckbill" which was causing a leak. Turns out the pvc T above it was leaking and he had to replace it, which he did effectively. My one comment is that he needed a tool to complete the job more quickly and easily: a mult-tool. I loaned him my Dremel, which he appreciated. My suggestion: get him one to keep in the van!
Had our master bath shower and accessories replaced. The Bath Builders team, from start to finish, was very courteous, professional and detailed-oriented. Their work is excellent and efficient. We love walking into our bathroom and shower!
I had my original flooring installed by Landis over 20 years ago. I had them put vinyl laminate throughout my house recently. The job from the selection of product to completion was a great experience. Everyone was so knowledgeable and easy to work with. My floors look beautiful and it was accomplished in the time I was given.

I called B&J for electrical issues at my residence. They had a someone there within the hour to check the issue. They were straight forward on what was going on with the issue and recommended what needed fix ASAP. We had and older service that really needed to be replaced. They walked me step by step of what was going to happen and we accepted to do it. The very next morning they had a crew at my residence to upgrade the service and they stayed until the job was done. We were very happy with the job they did and how knowledgeable they were! I would recommend anyone to use them!

***UPDATE*****After my first experience being so poor, I reached out to the salon owner and she offered to fix it for me. I'm honestly so happy with the result. I don't know what happened the first time, but she definitely made it right and I'm very happy with my cut now.I asked for a very basic shoulder length haircut and got a chin length choppy bob with long pieces and uneven bits. I was so upset when I realized how much had already been cut off I just desperately wanted to leave. I let her finish the cut and paid then left and proceeded to cry on my way home. It's been 5+ years since my last professional cut and this experience has made me never want to do it again. I'm getting ready to go on vacation in 4 days and I would've been better off not getting my hair done at all.
My experience with Master Plan has been positive and great so far! The rental is beautiful as well as the location and community. I have only had a couple requests (no issues thus far) and they were handled in a timely manner. I hope to continue renting with Master Plan as it has been great! (Current tenant)

We has another company (not to be named) check our house for mold. There were no visible mold or anything just wanted it done due to some concerns when we bought the house. They tested it and basically told us it was unsafe to live in and we had to get over 15k of work done (price only included the "mold" removal).
We called Cleanup Services for a second opinion and what a difference. Their results showed our house was mold free except for maybe a little bit of a non black mold strain in our basement.
They are honest and very helpful through the process. They helped us understand the results and why it is hard to achieve the results from the previous company without other factors coming into play.
Not too many companies out there, especially in a field that most people don't know much about and can easily be scared and taken advantage of, that will look out for the costumer before the bottom dollar.

My husband and I were on vacation driving through this area, our dogs seemed to have rolled into something and stunk and my little weenie needed a haircut so we decided to drop in Shampooch Shop Dog and Cat Grooming. Not only was she able to get us in right away, but she did exacly what i asked. Holy WOW! I wish I lived closer. Not only after 3 weeks of being there do my dogs smell so good still, Alyssa was able to get the correct cut on my Ginger. Thank you Alyssa. We will be back next time we come through
