Thank you to Dr. Butera for advocating for Anne’s second surgery so soon after the first one. Thank you to Noel who always takes extra special care of Annabelle and being so knowledgable and helpful. And thanks to the surgeon who did amazing work- Annabelle is well recovered and we are back on the trials-waking, running and trotting along. And thank you to the rest of the staff for everything!!“

“I am sure this is a good veterinary service, but for use a bit pricy and we lived in California. Our dog had a complete physical before we left California all he needed was flea meds and heart worm at the time. We paid $200. because they wanted to check him over even though they got the report from his California Vet. I called again to set up an appointment to get his yearly shots and they wanted to do another physical and another $200, plus shot fees and I felt this was excessive. We are now with the office my father used back in the day, with younger doctors..“

“Very professional business, yet they treat you like family, and they treat all of the animals as their own. They are always posting pictures and having cute themed parties for the dogs/cats. You can really feel at ease knowing they are taking great care of your fur babies, whether it's day care or boarding. Highly recommend them. Keep up the good work!“

Now you have aad rush of people and animals at the exact same time....could do it better by texting in 15/30 mins intervals ?“

“Dr. Jones has been our vet for our 3 dogs for years.
He is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. What stood out to me the most was on my 1st visit was his physical exam on my dog.
I have had dogs my entire life, and I have never once seen such a comprehensive physical assessment. Additionally, he is cautious in his approach and always focuses on etiology of a problem or concern about your pet. He helped guide me with my decision-making process when my beautiful 13 year old dog George was struggling with issues . He was compassionate and empathetic. He always leaves decisions with the pet owner, and does not push for a decision. He kept George comfortable for a lengthy period of time. He euthanized my George, after I finally reached that decision. He allowed me private time prior, and I played Sarah Mcglaughin "In the arms of the angels" during the process. He and Cheyenne were gentle and supportive, and handled the situation with utmost grace and kindness.
I can't imagine going anywhere else for care. His staff our also exceptional, Dreama, and McKenna are responsive to calls and questions. Thank you Dr. Jones!“
