“Noticed a leak in our bathroom after a big storm that looked like it was coming from the Skylight. Did some research on companies and decided to go with Eagle Eye. It turned out to be a great decision. Carl came out and within an hour found the problem and set me up with a Skylight replacement for a reasonable price. Joel came out to install the skylight and he was great as well. Even took extra time to go back and make sure we got the right shingles to match. Any time we had to change times for appointments or anything like that I was able to text them which was extremely convenient. Both of the guys were extremely friendly and professional and I wouldn’t hesitate at all to have them come back out for any other roofing issues. Thank you guys!“

From the first meeting, Derek Marshall (and Corey) sat down to listen to our project needs. Derek managed the project, and he and his team did a great job of executing, and following through with everything we asked of them. During the project, he would communicate with us in regards to how the project was going and he would take pictures to show us if any adjustments needed to be made. There was one glitch. The scheduler agreed upon a start date for the siding, but because of miscommunication, this did not happen. I immediately contacted Derek, and he did his best to adjust the start date soon after. “We had an excellent experience with J&J Roofing. we had storm damage from a windstorm that affected several shingles on our roof. Brad stayed with us while we went back-and-forth with the insurance company to get the roof replaced. A new claims rep for the insurance company fell weeks behind in deciding claims but Brad never stopped communicating with them. Our house has a roof that took two days to re-shingle. The J&J roofers came early in the morning and worked into the evening, even when it started to rain and they had to put a temporary cover on it until the rain stopped. They are a very trustworthy company which does excellent roof work. We highly recommend them.“
