After having repeat problems with my drains I finally called Roto-Rooter today and got a same day appointment. Alex was my technician and did an incredible job walking me through his process step by step so that I had an understanding of my plumbing system and what he was trying to accomplish. The work and the results were the best I've ever received! The only phone call I will make in the future for my homes plumbing will be to Alex and Roto-Rooter. A+++ Highly recommend!!!
Had some problems with the basement drain and Darius came out to help solve the problems thats been pretty consistent. He helped me get on to a comfortably affordable payment plan that will take care of the issues going forward with a 10 year warranty. Him and his supervisor were excellent and professional. They articulated my problems and what the best steps would be to have it taken care of long term. Quick, easy, and no worries.
Deionne came out to handle our situation and he was amazing. He was very professional and did everything super fast to make sure our family could use our bathrooms again. Highly recommend and will be requesting him if ever needed in the future.
