I selected Premier Home Pros to remodel my bathroom shower. I really liked their product better than the competition as it was not just a surface image but went through the product. Our installer encountered an unknown obstacle during the installation but was able to deal with it. It will probably take two days, although they say it is a one-day job. And like the other contractors they start off with a heavy sales pitch which I find annoying. I am pleased with the result and would recommend them if you are considering a shower makeover.

Great experience with these folks . Was in an urgent need to change the tub to a walk in shower due to my wife having hip surgery. They went above and beyond to get the job done fast. Ryan, our contractor, was awesome!

Our overall experience was decent but definitely could have been better. I will say my husband and I love our new shower and were happy with the contractors, Merl and Al, that installed our new shower. Where we were disappointed was in the communication that started with our salesman, Evan. Evan promised us the world (he'd be here day of, he'd be the only person we'd have to deal with when it came to communication, etc). When Evan forgot to get the deposit, I was expected to call him within 10 minutes of his message, but after texting and calling him multiple times I received no response.
