Our AC unit completely stopped working in the middle of a hot Sunday. Tried searching online and simple diagnostics with no luck. Called Tyler at Forquer at the recommendation of a family member from previous good experience. We were expecting to pay high fees just to diagnose the issue. Tyler was eager to help over the phone before coming out and charging anything. He was able to diagnose a simple fix that got the system up and running good as new over the phone. Tyler gave us advice on what to look out for should we have any other issues, and insisted we text him at his personal number for assistance before he has to come out. This place is awesome, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Cliff is amazing not only did he install a new thermostat for my mom but he informed us that her toilet was running and needed new guts! He was concerned about her water bill. He went above and beyond his job and I’m so thankful. Thank you cliff for being such an amazing person!
We've used Forquer for years. They are super reliable and attentive. Tyler, who handled our recent checkup, was friendly and super polite. He came in, did the work, explained things to me and handled himself with great professionalism. We'll stick with this company.
