I started at CoreFit 6 months ago after a series of relatively major life changes. I have since found a place that is guaranteed to lift my mood regardless of which of my many moods I walk in with. I am stronger, healthier and happier because of CoreFit. I can’t say enough good things about COREFIT. Regardless of my mood walking in (tired, sad, mad, overwhelmed, frustrated, content, even happy or excited), I ALWAYS leave feeling so much better than I did when I walked in. Cory and her team know how to both support you and push you at the same time. I am stronger, healthier, and happier because of this place. I could not recommend it more!
