Community Health Care - Physical Therapy

Community heath care is phenomenal. They have truly caring physicians, nurse practioners and nurses, as well as support staff. The physical therapy department is top notch. They look at the person as a whole and they taylor your experience so it's beneficial. The primary care providers are in it for the right reason and they pride themselves on really great quality, low cost patient care. I love working with them while I navigate a very scary medical situation and I feel confident in the care I'm receiving.

The therapists there are highly skilled and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen to your concerns and create personalized treatment plans to help you achieve your goals. I was impressed with their professionalism and their ability to make me feel comfortable throughout the sessions. They offer 1 on 1 care which is unheard of at most PT clinics.

Best PT experience EVER!!! I went in limping with a super painful hip and a month or so later I'm playing ball, golfing like crazy again and sleeping thru the night with NO PAIN. Oh, and the facility is brand new. Nicest and most intelligent therapists I've ever met. Won't even consider another therapy center again, this team does it right! So grateful for them!!
