This is the worst medical facility I have ever seen and I was a nurse for 38 years before retiring! They don't know how to triage at all. Sitting here with an 8 year old who fell off the monkey bars at school possible broken arm/elbow and have been 2 hours while they are treating minor colds useless go anywhere but here
After two hours of waiting, during a time that showed no indication of being busy, we had to give up and go to the urgent care across the street. We were seen immediately there. The staff did not seem to be invested in getting us any help. Not malicious but uncaring.
I use to love this place many years ago!! When I tell you majority of these comments are so relatable!! I like that the wait isn’t too bad but they are not good over there ! Dr.Dang don’t even try , at first I was taking it personal but now I see he really doesn’t care. My daughter is now scared to go back because I took her there recently because she had something going on with her stomach, he said let it run it’s course, come to find she was full blown sick with some type of virus! Her pediatrician end up treating her and no one could understand why Dr.Dang didn’t at least try to at least make her comfortable! For instance treat the nausea! My thing is he... read full review
