Needed to have my wife's engagement ring repaired. Found Burton's online. After reading reviews, I stopped in and met Franci and dropped off the ring. Got a call a few days later. When I walked in, Franci immediately knew me by name. So friendly and authentic. It was like going back in time when customer service was as important as the product. (Very rare today) By the way, the workmanship was exceptional. My wife and I are very happy. We're going back to have some estate jewelry appraised. As long as she's there, we won't go anywhere else. ?

Wow wow wow I cannot rate high enough nor does the picture I provided show how beautiful this ring is! I brought in a ring that was passed down to me from my grandmother, it needed a pearl put back in, and I wanted to replace the fake diamond with real ones. The service is beyond amazing. Not only did they handle my ring with care, but it took me only a week to get my ring back! It looks brand new, and it sparkles to much. Not only did they replace the diamonds but they cut out some of the ring to let the diamonds show through. Amazing amazing work I highly recommend! Burton Jewelers is one of the best jewelry experiences I've ever had in my life. Their customer service was outstanding. Franci helped me out in figuring out how I could sell a ring that my wife had had for 2 years prior to bringing it to her. She was knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. She helped me get the ring cleaned and found a very similar ring for sale to help me price it. Even when it wasn't a ring she could sell herself, she helped me navigate the process of understanding both the value of the ring and the best place to sell it. I highly recommend Burton Jewelers as a great local business.
