Convenient class times, my son says it's fun and I know for a fact he's getting a great workout. I also feel like he is getting a very personalized exercise experience with many checkpoints to assess this progress. He has really developed more strength speed in the short time he's been attending classes (less than 3 months).

I am currently an athlete that goes to 4.40 Performance and have been going there for about 2 years now. It is my favorite place to work out because of everything 4.40 has done right. The coaches that work at 4.40 are awesome as they care about who is at 4.40 and take time planning their classes / programs. The weight room area of 4.40 is very nice and offers many different types of machines and free weights to use, and when you add the mixture of a personalized program to go along with your gym class; it's amazing. It may be a little expensive for some people though depending on what bundle you purchase, but the quality of 4.40 goes a long way.

4.40 is an amazing place to go if you want to get better at your sport, or even go there to work out. The coaches there are very friendly and are super helpful, and the place is very clean.
