I can't say enough! Caring, respectful, and will go the extra mile for you and your loved one. I can't put into words how kind they were to us and how much care they gave to our uncle. I highly recommend them.
Beth and Bill are an impeccable team who immediately put us at ease in a distressing time. Beth is a touchstone of calm in overwhelming chaos & emotional upheaval. She had answers for questions we didn't even think to ask. They handled every request with grace and treated our loved one with the utmost respect, dignity and care. We got through the chaos with these two wonderful humans and their dedicated staff guiding us through. To say this family owned business goes above and beyond is an understatement.
Bill and Beth are the absolute best option in the area. My father passed away in Boardman and I never thought twice about calling The Nicholas Funeral home in Niles. Great attention to detail, and two of the most trustworthy folks you will ever meet. I found a small typo in the obituary, and asked if they could fix it, and it was corrected within 60 minutes.Obviously, the death of a loved one is a very stressful, emotional time. The last thing you want to worry about is the funeral home you are working with. I would recommend Bill and Beth to anyone looking for white glove treatment, fair pricing, and around the clock service.
