“I’ve been there 2 times for a Brazilian. My first great experience was over the telephone to the i’m guessing the manager or owner. He was very helpful with scheduling my first wax. It had been a few years since I had gotten one due to moving so many times. He was very informative and made sure I had directions because I’m not familiar with the area. Very professional and personable! Deanna was my first wax. She had a trainee watching and asked me first which is completely fine. I had a good experience but my second time which was today with Rema. She was amazing! Made sure everything was completely gone in trouble areas. She had a supervisor stand in with her who helped with the flex wax which is harder to deal with. I am thoroughly pleased with the services they provide and how comfortable they make you feel. I will definitely be back and have found my new place.
