Today was my first time at Illusions and I regret not going there way sooner!! Robert is a master at his craft!! He's very talented and so precise. I called to check if they took walk ins. They confirmed they did and to give him about 30 mins before coming in. I came in and was greeted immediately. The gentleman was cutting another client hair. I waited and he asked his client if he mind waxing me before finishing his hair. The client was gracious enough to agree for him to wax me. He was friendly, efficient and affordable. Nowadays it’s rare to find such great customer service. I would recommend Illusions to anyone! Great job! Thank you!Service: Waxing
