I am a young new homeowner and was concerned after some home remedies did not work, and I was afraid of chemicals in older pipes. I called and Tom was out here within an hour! I had a clog in my laundry drain. He taught me a few things and educated me on the process. Tom and I chatted afterwards on his craft and offered to mentor me. I was in need of a plumber because there was a blockage in the main line to my house. I called Tom and he squeezed me into his schedule in between jobs, he came over was very professional and very friendly guy. Great prices!!!! He also came back and repaired my gas line/valve in good time again very professional and friendly experience. He has answers for all your questions and is very straight forward, I would highly recommend Tom and his company to anyone.
