5/5 for the customer service team! I absolutely love candy apples and had recently bought some Tastee Apples that were rotten from my local Albertsons. I was so disappointed with my purchase that I decided to contact the company (even though in most cases I know it does no good). HOWEVER, the customer service team were quick to respond and even offered to ship me replacement apples. I was so surprised with their reply and even more so when my replacement apples came through! All the apples were delicious and in great shape! This is how you do excellent customer care and I will definitely continue to purchase their sweet treats!
Delicious!! I have enjoyed their apples in stores for years, but have ordered a few times now when they are not in season at the supermarket. Come super fresh, delicious, and their customer service is excellent! The “mystery box” completely exceeds expectations :)
Ordered 12 of the cinnamon apple pie apples( my favorite).Placed order at 10pm on a Wednesday received following Wednesday. Apples were placed in an insualted box with an ice pack on top. No complaints will order again.
