I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Bieber and the staff at Cricket Ridge. They have always been so kind and helpful and genuinely care for your animals. I tried another vet because it was closer to where I moved and quickly realized that Cricket Ridge was the only choice no matter how far away. Highly recommend them for all veterinary needs. Thank you so much for all you have done and do for us!

This animal hospital is fantastic. The front receptionist and the veterinarian assistants are so friendly and sweet, and make us feel like we are family. Dr. Bieber is intuitive, knowledgeable, engaging, and truly cares about the pets who she sees.

I started taking my dogs to Dr. Bieber a couple of months ago. Thank God I did. My dog wound up in the ER last week and they diagnosed him with cancer. I took him to Cricket Ridge a couple days later and Dr. Bieber didn't just take their word for it. In fact, she seriously questioned their diagnosis. She suspected a severe respiratory disease and treated him as such. It's only been a week, but we are seeing significant improvement. She kept in touch with me, even over Christmas weekend on email.
