Dr. Knapp and her team are an absolute treasure. They know my dog, they know me, they listen, they explain things, they never rush. They’re skilled, they’re smart, and they always put the animal first. When my pup needed surgery ASAP- twice- they made it happen without hesitation. Walking in here feels like visiting friends and teaming up with people who genuinely want the best for your pet—and have the know how to give them the best care possible. I’m so grateful to have this clinic close by and can’t thank y’all enough for taking such great care of my girl. ❤️🐾
had such a helpful and kind visit when I called because my dog was not acting normal, maybe a bee sting , maybe she was over heated and didn't want to walk ? I was so worried I immediately called cricket ridge , they were so kind !
they told me to bring mango in immediately... I rushed over and they took mango right away, checked her and said she was oK ! I was so surprised and grateful, I assumed I would have an emergency bill, cricket ridge saw mango for FREE !
