The service is great but I found the billing invoice confusing with two pages having multiple lines of charges that I couldn’t follow and had to call for explanation. This should be a simple repeating monthly bill.
Trash pick up is great. Love being told when the days of pick- up is changed. Real pissed off cause of you raising the price and not saying a thing about price going up!!! Just send a larger bill for same pick up!!!!
WM is great. Their crew is courteous and friendly. I especially like that they close the lid after pickup! Not the case with othercompanies. Many of my neighbors who use other garbage company, are left with emptied bins and the lids open, which allow elements, rain, snow to enter. Thanks WM!
