Hunter was my technician and he was very professional letting me know he was on his way. He took the time to resolve warnings I had showing on my wall thermostat. Then worked on the real problem. Refrigeration issue. He letting me know everything he was checking and was able to get an appointment on the day I called !

I have worked with Paramount and, specifically, with James for several years now. From the very beginning, I was incredibly impressed by Jame’s professional, honest, friendly, and knowledgeable interactions with me. In my most recent interaction this week, it has become clear that I’m either facing increasing maintenance issues with my 10+ year old system or I need to replace it. James’ straightforward explanations that detailed the pros and cons of both sides of that coin made it easier for me to decide to replace it.
